The Golden Rosicrucians were found on the grounds of the Rosicrucian Fellowship in Oceanside, CA on May 20, 2020.  At that time, the landscape on the premises appeared wild, overgrown and minimally maintained.  These Golden Rosicrucians were found along the path to the Healing Temple.  The proper name is Spartium junceum or Spanish Broom.  They are native to the Mediterranean region of Europe.  They are known to “thrive on neglect” and are “virtually disease and pest free.” On the US West Coast, they are considered invasive because they out-compete native plants and are not a food source for wildlife.

Nevertheless, the Golden Rosicrucians are like wise, independent minimalists requiring no help or support, internally strong, and able to survival in difficult environments and circumstances. They have a strong life force, free of disease, resistant to most, if not all, pests.  They are a combination of beauty and strength with a vanilla scent.
